1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Deto — Voice Chat enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any behavior, content, or communication involving children that is sexual or exploitative in nature is completely prohibited.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating, sharing, requesting, or distributing any sexual or suggestive content involving minors.
• Content or behavior that grooms children or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
• Sharing images, videos, audio clips, links, or content that includes or promotes CSAE.
• Any form of exploitation or endangering children or encouraging it.

2. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We ensure that reporting methods are easy and accessible. If you encounter any suspicious content or behavior, or suspect child exploitation or abuse, please report immediately using one of the following options:

• In-App Reporting: Use the in-app reporting tools. Reporting functionality is available on every room and user profile page — press the "Report" button or select "Report Content" and follow the instructions.
• Via Email: Contact the child safety team at child-safety@Deto.ae. Use the subject line: Child Safety Report – Deto, and include details of the incident, room link or username, and date/time of the incident if possible.

All child safety reports are reviewed with the highest priority and appropriate action is taken immediately after verification.

3. Enforcement and Moderation

Deto implements multiple measures to protect users and children, including:

• Immediate removal of violating content.
• Issuing warnings and disciplinary actions such as temporary suspension or permanent banning of accounts and devices.
• Account capability restrictions or capacity reduction for cases involving repeated manipulation or abuse attempts.
• Full cooperation with judicial authorities and relevant agencies when requested or when evidence of a crime exists.

Room owners bear responsibility for monitoring content within their rooms. Users are encouraged to use the immediate reporting tools when they notice any violating behavior.

4. Legal Compliance

Deto — Voice Chat, operated by Smart Code Internet Solutions, complies with:

• All applicable child protection laws within the scope of service provision.
• Google Play Developer Programme Policies.
• Google Play Child Safety Standards.

We cooperate with legal authorities when necessary and provide required information according to applicable legal frameworks.
